I've been searching for 3 days on various forums. Does anyone know if i can just reinstall it? and maybe that will kick it into geat and make download Awakening? Again i apologize if this has already been adressed and is archived somewhere. Now my connection is very slow i'm not really wanting to uninstall and delete everything and redownload ALL of it again however, if that is indeed my only solution of course i will suck it up and proceed. Now however.Awakenings didn't just NOT install and seems it wasn't even downloaded. I don't know if thats the issue, because when i had the discs it all worked fine. I did, at one time, just have the standard game installed on this computer, a very very long time ago. My concern is the Awakenings expansion which as everyone knows, isn't on the entitlements page because hey, technically its another game. Okay, well i'm not concerned with the dlc pack like Return to ostagar or anything like that (i have all the da.zips from the entitlements when i originally played the game. Im now aware the ultimate edition should be 24.gb (there abouts) So basically origin got all confused and only downloaded the standard version. I didn't make the connection at the time but the download for it was only 15.58gbs. It shows up as Dragon age: Origins Ultimate Edition, with the correct icon and everything. however, just a few days ago I redeemed the product code from this disc case for this version on Origin. Makes no difference with the disc one i can't use that disc. All i have now is the case with the manual and the 2nd disc which i'm sure is just dlc. I uninstalled it while i cleaned up my pc and have since lost the first disk. I originally purchased Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition on disc, quite a long time ago, installed it then, played to my hearts content then moved on. If there is a thread thats already solved or whatnot for this particular issue i'm going to describe, again I apologize and if any of you post that thread ill get this one closed and viola.
As you can tell from the title, its an awakenings thing. I've spent the last 3 days searching forums from here and everywhere else on google for fixes for my particular issue. First off, let me apologize if this is already something posted, replied to and possibly solved.
